Karantza-Charoni Maria

Dr. Maria Karantza graduated as a Valedictorian of her class from the School of Medicine of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She completed her Residency in Pediatrics at the University of Nevada School of Medicine, her Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, USC Keck School of Medicine and became double board-certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology by the American Board of Pediatrics. She is the Director of the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism and runs the Weight Control Clinic at Mitera Children’s Hospital, Athens, Greece.
