Emmanuelle Godeau is a Public Health medical doctor and holds a PhD in social anthropology. After 25 years working for the French Ministry of Education, she is currently a senior researcher at EHESP School of public health in Rennes, in charge of the national training for school doctors (https://www.ehesp.fr/annuaire/enseignement-recherche/emmanuelle-godeau/).
In the last two decades, she is the PI for France of the international survey Health behaviour in school-aged children (HBSC cf. http://www.hbsc.org/), conducted under the auspices of WHO Europe.
Her research focuses on health behaviour of adolescents, with a specific interest on risk behaviours and students with chronic conditions.
